Designed for a high-performance hydrotherapy experience, the Aare Spa is equipped with 10 × 3-inch jets and 46 × 1-inch jets, providing a balanced full-body massage. It also features 3 fountains, adding both water movement and visual appeal for a more relaxing spa experience.

Manufactured in Joyee’s automated facility (73% automation rate), each spa benefits from stable production quality and consistent assembly standards, ensuring reliable performance for global projects. SCANDINAVIAN EXTRA INSULATION

At JOYEE Spa, the Scandinavian extra insulation system is designed as a multi-layer thermal protection structure that significantly improves heat retention and energy efficiency, especially in cold and outdoor environments. The insulation layer wraps the spa cabinet and base with high-density thermal materials, effectively reducing heat loss from all directions while helping maintain a stable and comfortable water temperature for longer soaking cycles.

The system typically combines bottom base insulation, reinforced cabinet insulation, and an optional upgraded thermal spa cover. These layers work together to minimize thermal bridging, block cold air penetration, and improve overall energy performance. Each spa is built with an 18–20 mm foam insulation layer around the shell, which can also be customized based on different climate conditions and project needs. Tinfoil skirting insulation helps reduce heat loss, while optional full bottom base insulation improves thermal retention from the ground. An optional 10–15 cm extra-thick insulated spa cover further enhances heat preservation, helping maintain stable water temperature and reduce energy consumption.

For long-term durability, each spa is supported by a high-strength 304 stainless steel frame for reliable load-bearing performance, combined with an ABS base that is moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and insect-resistant. Inside, a leak-proof pipe layout works together with stable Balboa or Gecko control systems to ensure smooth operation and easy maintenance. The draught-proof cabinet sealing design also helps improve internal temperature stability, making the entire system more efficient and reliable for both residential and commercial use.

Electric and Water Pipe Inspection
