ABOUT OUR QUALITY
At JOYEE Spa, we design and manufacture hot tubs and swim spas with a strong focus on structural integrity, insulation performance, and long-term energy efficiency. Each spa is built with an 18–20 mm foam insulation layer around the shell, and this thickness can be customized according to different climate conditions and project requirements. Tinfoil skirting insulation is applied to further reduce heat loss, while an optional full bottom base insulation system helps block thermal loss from the ground and improve overall energy retention. To enhance heat preservation even further, an optional 10–15 cm extra-thick insulated spa cover is available, working together with the insulation system to maintain stable water temperature and reduce energy consumption.

At the same time, the structure is engineered for durability and stability, using a high-strength 304 stainless steel frame to ensure reliable load-bearing performance over long-term use, combined with an ABS base that is moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and insect-resistant to protect internal components in different environments. Inside the system, a leak-proof pipe layout is applied together with stable Balboa or Gecko control systems to ensure consistent operation and easy maintenance, while a draught-proof cabinet sealing design helps further stabilize internal temperature and improve overall efficiency.

Together, these elements work as one integrated system, allowing JOYEE hot tubs to deliver reliable performance, strong thermal efficiency, and a comfortable spa experience for both residential and commercial applications.
