At JOYEE Spa, we design and manufacture hot tubs and swim spas with a strong focus on insulation performance, structural stability, and long-term energy efficiency. Each spa is built with an 18–20 mm foam insulation layer around the shell, which can also be customized based on different climate conditions and project needs. Tinfoil skirting insulation helps reduce heat loss, while optional full bottom base insulation improves thermal retention from the ground. An optional 10–15 cm extra-thick insulated spa cover further enhances heat preservation, helping maintain stable water temperature and reduce energy consumption.

For long-term durability, each spa is supported by a high-strength 304 stainless steel frame for reliable load-bearing performance, combined with an ABS base that is moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, and insect-resistant. Inside, a leak-proof pipe layout works together with stable Balboa or Gecko control systems to ensure smooth operation and easy maintenance. The draught-proof cabinet sealing design also helps improve internal temperature stability, making the entire system more efficient and reliable for both residential and commercial use.
